found plastic in my sub, went to the subway site to report it/named the location and I haven't heard anything for weeks.
Their lettuce is wilted, tomatoes look like they were cut up a week ago and the cucumber looked rotten. They definitely serve old veggies from previous days and nothing looks fresh. I got pretty sick after eating there as well. Their “fresh” standards are non existent now. Subway is not what it used to be.
Very rude staff. First of all they are stingy with veggies. I asked for lettuce and extra cucumbers and I said I'll not take other veggies can you give me more cucumbers. She literally put 2 more on a footlong and looked at the other co worker in an annoyed way and she was like anything else. She even squashed the sandwich when packing. I opened it and it was literally squashed and the sauce was oozing everywhere. Never going here.
The employee serving refused to take my legal canadian coins as payment. These coins were properly packaged in coin wrappers, but was refused just the same. (2 packs of 25 cents) I will not patronize this location again (Taylor Ave)
I got banned from subway because I was sitting there eating lunch with my friends and one of the workers came up to me and said I had to buy something from there i had about 4 friends buying food and at other subway places I have been to if someone is buying food then you can sit there and the staff were super mean about it the only nice person there was the guy making the sandwiches not the girl or the manger
