Puse en el mapa un subway no note que habia llegado antes de las 8, vi las luces encendidas y la señora que atiende dentro, no vi ningun letrero de cerrado, intente abrir la puerta y despues por gestos de la señora me di cuenta que me señalaba el horario entendi que estaba cerra pero por Dios, hay una señora que creo que odia trabajar aquí que incomodo con su forma de tratar le pedí una promoción y fue muy déspota. I'm angry enough about the quality of service I received here I haven't been back to any Subway since. They refused to honor a coupon saying it was only good on something different from what I ordered when the coupon clearly started "any sandwich". When I asked why they said "fine, we don't take coupons. You can try again tomorrow with a different sandwich". Asking insult to injury, there was plastic packaging in my sandwich. Today I decided to go get my tuna sandwich how I like it. Little did I know that I would encounter 2 of the Hispanic employees to ba awfully rude. As I was asking for my ingredients She was ignoring me and not even adding what I desire on my sandwich. They shouldn't be working there if customer service is not a priority to them. Hope they get fired 8/22/24 @ 1:20pm
