There was 2 hairs in my sandwich, they forgot my ranch and mayo in my other sandwich and cherry on top they put my toppings weirdly not even in the sandwich so when I pick it up it all fell out. Tried to call and left a VM. Usually they aren’t this bad but I’m livid and at work so I can’t even go and exchange it. Last time coming to this subway.
Asked for couple of items. The employee here can't even fold the baja wrap. The chicken, lettuce were all over the place. Additionally, he didn't even toasted it. The only subway, where they don't heat up the food. Really disappointing.

Forgot to add extra meet and toast it at all, so I got a cold raw Philly CheeseSteak. Went back to store to get a replacement made correctly. I was the only customer in the store. He started to make it and when got to the vegetables looked confused so I told him what veggies and he caught and attitude and said I have the receipt right here and held it up in front of my face to see.
