Disappointing Service at Pensacola Campus Subway I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway on the Pensacola campus. I stopped by during my 30-minute lunch break on Monday, hoping to quickly grab something to eat. There was no line, yet I was told I had to place an online order instead of being served in person. I placed an online order at the wrong Subway location by mistake—100% my fault, and I fully acknowledged that. However, when I called to see if there was any way to cancel or void the order, the manager abruptly told me there was nothing she could do and then hung up on me. Since I had no way of getting a refund, I made arrangements to pick up the food from that location. First vacation stop from the airport, great attitudes , very helpful with us and each other behind the counter.
Ordered a BMT in the app and was given a meatball sub.
THE BEST SUBS EVER!!!!!! The bread is always fresh the veggies and meats as well.. but that's not all that keeps me coming back the service is top notch they are so friendly and kind other subways act like it's to much to make a sub however I went multiple times to this exact location and after the 2nd time she knew exactly what I wanted (I don't stray from what I like) did I mention the bread is ALWAYS fresh .. literally the only subway I will ever go to again ...
