This was one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve had in a long time. First off, when I walked in to pick up my order, I wasn’t greeted at all. It was like I was a ghost walking into the building; no “hey,” no acknowledgment, nothing. The sandwich itself was also a miss. I asked before I left if I got the correct order and they said yes. I get home and I have a completely different sandwich. I call and they say “we switched the bags” and tell me I have to come back to get my food. They didn’t seem to care at all about my time or concerns. I hope I get a refund like they ‘promised’. What a shame.
