I would not be leaving a negative review because I generally like this location, but I’ve been trying to contact anyone at this company to remedy my situation for over an hour. This company does not want to be contacted or help the customer! I had a big issue this evening when trying to place an order online with this store. How a MVP rewards sandwich buy one get one for a dollar.went in the store when the app didn't work and they told me they don't accept it anyway!... I said I just got the coupon this morning they said later accept it. There's no one to contact at corporate office I don't know why you send me these if you don't honor them. I came in for a DoorDash around 7:30/7:40 on 6/7/25 and when I walked in there were three workers a young black male who was very helpful and her was accompanied by his two female workers I recall one had a name tag on with the name Nichole and the other woman with finger waves in her hair . I proceeded to stand in line there was and older black male in front of me and a teenage couple in front of him. Hi subway personnel I called store before arriving they were closed in 30 mins Friday night made it there anyway our favor subway made the sandwich perfectly very easy to talk lady she made it just the way the All American Club was supposed to be even toasted the Artisan bread the bad part is is that by the time I got to end of sandwich the bun or roll was hard so hard u couldn’t even bite in to it my husband’s half was the same we paid over 13 dollars I even left a generous tip of 4 bucks for her and I mention that the food... read more
