This is the best Subway in the city imo and trust me I've been to at least 15 different ones in Ottawa. Starting from the top, the customer service, enquiring about your day and not just small talk, conversing like they mean it and want to build genuine connection with their clientele. Very generous with their cheese and vegetable portions. I've worked at Subway before and ik how much you're technically supposed to add on each sandwich and how stingy most of these branches are.
