As a customer, I asked to use the restroom but was told by the franchise owner that it was unavailable. It is hard to understand how a business can operate without functioning facilities for its customers. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no 'Out of Service' sign posted on the door. This speaks volumes about their poor management and lack of judgment.

Wouldn’t make sub that was ordered with no sauce and tried arguing saying it was made properly due to only way to order rotisserie chicken is to remove any sauces.. Showed proof that there was no sauce selected and had to compromise on them remaking it for 20 minutes. Sad case. Lady was being rude as I explained it was the only way to order rotisserie chicken on the app. Go to a different location.

Acabo de ir y una de las empleadas estaba encima de la mesa de prepar el pre con los pies arribas y descalzos, eso nunca en mi vida lo habia visto. Eso es de gente puerca, no vuelvo a ese Subway nunca mas.

This establishment appears to have several management and operational issues that negatively affect the customer experience. Staff members frequently engage in personal phone conversations in front of customers, food is not always being properly heated before serving, and overall customer service needs improvement.
