We have a shop down the street and usually get our lunch from this Subway location twice a week. All of the employees are always kind and helpful except for the young lady in the photo that I saw mentioned in another review. During my recent visit, she served a noticeably smaller portion of meat and cheese than what’s normally given. If the owner of this place is wondering why this location is not doing well. It's because the employees are only giving 1/4 of the protein of other subways.
Ordered at this location for the first time. Terrible and rude service. When I asked to go heavy on the sauce (because she put as little sauce on as possible) that came with the sandwich she said no. I said I’d pay for extra and she said we can’t do that. All other locations normally do. I asked to use the bathroom after spending $20 on my meal to wash my hands she said no it’s closed. Extremely disappointed with the service. The staff member got my order wrong, and when I politely pointed it out and showed my original order, she became aggressive and started arguing instead of resolving the issue. The attitude was unprofessional and completely unnecessary.
