this subway closed. it is now pending the opening of Firehouse Subs , which was going to be near Chuck E Cheese , further west, until the lease deal failed. Firehouse Subs owner from West Henrietta Rd, Rt 15, will be opening at this site. There are already signs on the windows indicating it will be open in the future ( ? ) as Firehouse Subs.
This location does not accept coupons which is going to turn customers away. The tomatoes are not ripe at all and this location also is the only one that no longer carries the sweet peppers, this will eventually hurt this buisness especially since there is another subway 5 minutes down the road that offers all the above. I also found it tacky there are hand written notes placed all around the establishment stating they will refuse service to anyone on their cell phones, I get it can be rude at times when folks are socializin... read more
I won't bother going here anymore. They no longer accept subway coupons.
My fiance went in with a coupon today and was simply told the owner can't afford to honor it. Sounds like something to take up within the franchise, more of a you problem not the patron coming in problem. Never going back
