The service here is typically above and beyond, and I want to acknowledge that. Everyone has their off days, and today just happened to be one of them. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at a subway. The nighttime employee complained about just clocking in and then preceded to act super unprofessional about having to make a to go order. I wouldn’t get a sub here if it was the last place on Earth to eat.
My husband and I are not frequent customers, but had a coupon for a footlong sub for $6.99 so decided to order a toasted meatball sub. When we unwrapped the sub at home we noticed there was an abundance of marinara sauce. There was more chunks of tomato than there was sauce. We didn’t enjoy the sub because of it. You need to offer a plain sauce in addition to the marinara or change to just a plain sauce for your meatballs subs.
