The gracious employees working on Saturday Aug 24th at 4:40 pm immediately told me that the ice and water were free to refill my bottle. Thank you so much!
Fountain soda = only lemonade. No lettuce, only white or wheat bread.
Very rude employees and they accept only cash and it happened twice already in 4 months. I asked to toast and they toast it for less than 5 sec. Very very rude lady employees and lack of listening skills. Never again
After waiting in line for 15 minutes, a lady walked up and said “just so you know, after we’re done making a sandwich for the lady in front of you, we’re closed”. No sorry, no apology. When I said I had been waiting in line for 15 minutes, she just walked away. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly by a business before. I will never eat at a Subway ever again.
I was at the Rochester airport this evening and went up to order a sub at 6:50 and the rude woman told me they were closed. I asked what time they close and she said 6:30. If you close at 6:30 on Thursdays, you might want to change it on your website. Zero stars for me!
