I had a great experience at the Brighton Subway. The food was fresh, high quality, and made just the way I wanted. The staff were friendly, quick, and provided excellent service. Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve visited. Highly recommended
Really gone down hill. Recently walked in to buy a couple subs. Was greeted and immediately after the employee pulled out his phone and and started texting, slowly walking to the back without saying anything or apologizing for the inconvenience. I stood there for a couple minutes patiently waiting while both employees ignored my presence (one employee was busy and seemed to be working, the other that was texting stood with his back to me). I've live in Brighton and drive to a different town to go get a sub. Every single time Ive gone or friends of ours have gone the bread is hard. I don't understand what they are not doing that the other subways do to keep their bread fresh. It's frustrating to have to go for a different food choice when in town and I just want a sandwich.
