I placed an online order at Subway on 8/14 around 3 PM. When I opened my sandwich, I noticed there were no veggies inside, even though I had added them during the online ordering process. I checked the receipt, and unfortunately, the veggies weren’t listed. I approached the staff to explain the issue and asked if I could get the veggies added, even offering to pay extra. Stupid employees to busy making online orders to even take my order while I'm standing there. Just stupid
The bread was so over cooked that the outer part broke apart and had a similar texture to croutons. When I asked for extra pickles there were only 4. There was hardly any lettuce or spinach…ugh, just awful. I scrapped the veggies out for myself and fed the bread to the birds. The male employee at the front wasn’t professional either. Sad day.
