On 6/25/2026 at about 5:15pm, my wife and I experienced some of the worst customer service. Please check the cameras so you can see exactly who was working. I was wearing a dark blue shirt and brown shoes and shades. There was an older Hispanic looking lady and a younger looking blonde girl. My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway on 6/25/26 around 5:19 PM. The Hispanic-looking lady with dark hair who was making our sandwiches provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. When we asked for double protein, she responded in a rude tone, saying, “What does that mean, more meat?” as if we were dumb. Things only got worse from there. The lady that’s working there. Today is very disrespectful to customers and her fellow coworkers. I feel like her fellow coworkers need hazardous emotional pay to deal with her.
