Weird experience asking about an item. Employees hung up on me as soon as I asked if they had the veggie patty. Called back later in the day and one employee pretended to be the manager. Called back later in the week to tell a real manager and he basically defended their actions because apparently some other person had been calling about the same item and they were annoyed? Classic Burleson experience, weirdos.
I just left this Subway shop with a sandwich and there were two young men working there. very courteous. At 3:25 August 12th. One was preparing my sandwich while the other was cleaning. It was very clean and all the food looked fresh. Thank you.
The customer service was perfect loved the food too recommend to come here
