Store was clean, service was fast my food was well prepared. The associate was very pleasant
I made an order to pick it up, This is the second time I order something and I asked for grilled chicken and they gave me rotisserie chicken. I don't know why they didn't explain to the workers the difference between one and the other. I really couldn't eat it. I don't like the taste of the other chicken. I prefer the plainer chicken. But thanks for ruining my lunch. Also the app doesn’t have the option to make a complaint about the order it’s so disappointed
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE or THROUGH THE APP I ordered on the Subway App and when DoorDash came to drop off my food it was missing the Drink and Chips for the Meal Deal. I was told to contact Subway so I did. Low and behold you can not reach the restaurant at the number provided it is an automation that changes what it says every time you call. "Yo' "hello" "who is talking" there is no way to get to a person. So now I can not get a refund on the food I ordered.
