Came in because the sign outside clearly said OUTSIDE WHERE I PLACED MY ORDER “Sub of the Day – Philly for $6.99.” That’s what I ordered. But when I asked about it, the employee told me that price wasn’t valid and refused to honor it. His response was basically, “I’m not the manager.” That’s not a valid excuse. My pre-ordered meal through the Subway app consisted of an Aquafina which blatantly showed on my virtual and physical receipt. As I tried to grab the water from the cooler, the employees insisted that I didn't pay for it and and wanted me to choose a cup instead. After showing him and the other employee multiple times I ordered an Aquafina, he begrudgingly "allowed" me to retrieve the water that I already pre-paid for. Service is ok but the sandwich artist was so stingy omg. First time had footlong built with three tomato slices 😤 in it.
