rude worker app says close at 9 lady gets mad we walk in at 8:27 says they close at 8:30 then proceeds to be rude
They must purposefully hire the RUDEST employees, specifically Maria. They catch an attitude seconds after you interact with them, are somehow capable of messing up sandwiches, and will hang the phone up on you if you try calling for any concern about a mistake they made. It’s beyond a shame that they’re still in business; someone needs to evaluate this staff because they appear to be highly untrained. What a joke of a place; you couldn’t pay me to come here again.
I recommend this place I went with my brother and Rosa had very good customer service very friendly and the place looked clean and organized
At around 6pm on Monday evening. Older Women shook her head the moment I walked in. Instead of greeting she went behind the computer. To top it off she responded with yelling. WHAT DO YOU WANT. Blaming she is there by herself. At this point I told don’t even worry about it she said ok and she had absolutely no problem customer leaving. I asked her name and again she Yelled Maria. Probably not her name. This has to be the worst customer service ever received from subway.
Me and my child stopped in there today to get sandwiches, and the worker was very rude and very disrespectful clanking the broom extra loud stating that she was the only one here we need to give her a second which is completely understandable if she was saying it in a nice tone it’s okay to be stressed out, but it’s not okay to take it out on customers and then when I proceeded to give her the order, she couldn’t hear me so I repeated it again stating that I wanted a kids meal, Blackforest ham and a 6 inch Italian BMT.
