At 8:20 PM—well before closing time at 9:00 PM—my teenage daughter (age16) entered this establishment. Upon walking in, she was immediately yelled at by an employee named “ANNA,” who barked, “WHAT DO YOU WANT? WE ARE CLOSING SOON.” When my daughter calmly asked what the special was, Anna snapped back with, “It’s only teriyaki, so what do you want?”—rushing her and offering no time to decide. They close at 9, I came at 8:48 and would not be served , very disappointing and unprofessional, came another time they’re supposed to open at 8am … it’s 8:30 n still not open … this place needs to be CLOSED they’re horrible!
Apparently they don’t like walk-in customers here. I walked in to order a simple sandwich. Woman behind the counter yelled something I didn’t understand. She went to pick up a phone order. I told her I was here to order a sandwich. She got pissy with me and told me I was standing in the wrong spot. I haven’t been in this store for several years.
