I've eaten here many times. Tonight, because my vehicle is broken down, I walked a mile to get a couple of subs. Arrived at 8:45. Closing time is allegedly 9. They were already closed. I was livid! I knocked on the glass, but the lady inside just ignored me. I strongly believe in supporting small, family owned businesses; however, I'll never give this establishment another dime of my money. Reading the other reviews reveals that this isn't new: they apparently do this a lot. Bad business.
Online order charged me but the ladies in the shop hardly spoke English and said nothing came through on their system and tried to say maybe I ordered wrong store. I called the number to the store I ordered from and watched their phone ring and both of the ladies just ignored it. Down 15 dollars and never got any food because I had to go back to work. Customer support is a pain to deal with and there has been no response.
Would give it a 5 if there was something nice to say, but my friend and I went in and she ordered some stuff online as a birthday reward and the lady at the front was giving attitude acting like we weren’t there and not wanting to help us. So we left and never received the order.
