I wasn’t able to pick up my sandwich the day I ordered it and had trouble canceling the order. My order got lost in the system so the manager Stephanie reached out to me to help resolve the situation. Had a mobile order get there and they had put my cold bottle drink in the bag with a hot sandwich. So I got a hot drink and a cold sandwich. Generally they tell me to get the drink from the cooler... unacceptable
I am a frequent customer at this location and have generally had positive experiences, which is why I feel it’s important to share this feedback. During my recent visits, I encountered concerning behavior that I believe should be addressed. The employee who typically works in the morning has been consistently rude in her interactions. The darn political radio that they have BLASTING inside the restaurant is unsettling. Definitely an uncomfortable environment.
