This Subway’s usually pretty good. The food tastes fresh and they usually make the sandwich just how I ask. I’ve had some really good visits where everything was clean and quick. Sometimes it feels a little rushed, and they kinda skimp on the toppings if you don’t speak up. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed. It's still a good spot overall but it just depends on who’s working that day.
Just taking a moment to give Samantha, the Assistant Store Manager at Subway (located near Papa Murphys and Walmart), a huge shoutout. They had a ton of online orders to get through and a growing level of us in store. Unfortunately it was just her and one other girl doing everything. Yesterday, I had lunch in the Subway in Walmart. It was a delightful surprise. Isabella waited on me. She was cheerful and helpful; she was just very cool. She saw I didn't like the big bun and volunteered to hollow it out. She made me one of the best Phillys I've ever had. I'm going back very soon. Thank you, Isabella! I gave a three for the atmosphere because it's right outside self check in Walmart.
We just ordered online, picked it up and they got the order wrong. The sandwiches didn't even get ate bethey literally were careless and was more worried about closing. Even though they weren't closed yet... we tried to get a cookie, he refused because he was counting the tilt. I highly don't recommend this Subway, they are careless, horrible customer service and are a disappointment. Hopefully the Subway head quarters see this because if you view the other ratings they are great either
