I left my mecca bag with expensive cologne on the table outdoors and one of the workers discovered it and when I called them they were able to hand it to me. Super super grateful.
Me and my friend were taking a long time to decide and order and the staff was very patient and she helped answer alot of our questions. Would recommend everyone to go here. Portions were generous as well. Forgot her name but thank you for the great sandwich and experience. Will be coming back just because of her.
rubbish service, use the app to avoid the wait... to only then wait instore to have my ordered called, not becuase they were still making it... but because my food was sitting on the bench while they were serving walk ins/other oirders etc... there was no periodic clearing of app orders at all, several of us standing there for ages until we complained.
I ordered online to save time, stood at counter for 25 minutes! No apology. Shouldn't take 2 staff out the back 15 minutes to prepare some more avocado. I never write bad reviews only positive, but that was the worse Subway experience ever. I have been going there for 8 years!
I had a great experience today thanks to the excellent service at the counter. I placed an online order during office rush time (though it was quieter due to the Christmas period) and realized I only had about nine minutes before my bus arrived. I expected I might have to wait for the next one, but I decided to ask if my order could be expedited. The staff were incredibly accommodating and prepared my order quickly.
