I ordered through uber eats and my order was completely wrong. The sandwich I ordered is supposed to be toasted and that wasn’t even done. The bread selection was completely wrong. Onions were added. The order is literally spelled out and literally everything was wrong and judging from the other review at this location whoever is working there obviously does not care about her job or the customers. We just expirienced extremely bad service from this particular employee today (468). She initially took 5 minutes to come to the counter just for me and my family to be faced with an attitude. She asked from the get-go how many sándwiches they would be, as if it were relevant, and expressed irritation when my brother said if he could have a specific sándwich (she could’ve given a alternative if they didn’t have any). You guys need new employees new management refusing to make for an hour before closing with a rude attitude never coming here again the girl working at 8 PM June 10 worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life
The person at the counter after being told multiple times that we wanted sandwiches with egg didn’t tell us that they didn’t have eggs until the sandwich already had everything else, then proceeded to wrap my sandwich like a burrito then told me the flatbread is “only a wrap” and that they don’t serve breakfast after 11, which neither is true, the place is dirty and the table and bench I sat at wobbled like crazy, the cookies tasted stale and one of the sandwiches wasn’t cut, and the sandwiches were cold too
