Yesterday I placed an order through the app to be delivered through doordash. The door Dasher only brought me my sandwich and didn't pick up the rest of the order. Through Google translate he told me that it was not his problem and that I needed to call the store. I did end up calling the store and the kid that answered the phone was very rude to me when I explained the situation that occurred. I’m not pleased at all first didn’t call me to see if I want to substitute due to they were out of salami and gave me ham when I asked for no ham was not helpful told me next time to order a titan turkey and I ordered a bmt no ham add turkey which is not the same or close to the same sandwich I requested but goin to put 2x ham to sub the salami like what

Trash subway I spent 20$ on the app for this restaurant . Don’t even waste your time the people inside will laugh at you & tell you the manager can’t do anything . Told me sorry laughing & to call customer service that’s just low some people order online to get there food on time… I will take my money somewhere else from now on
I came to Subway on February 11 2025 and I have never gotten this kind of experience from this place before Christian was so out of it he was more worried about everything around him then getting my order right I asked his if they still had the sweet teriyaki chicken three times before he heard me I asked another question and he started talking to the dude that came in after me like I wasn't even there or he wasn't working on my food so the pregnant girl asked her do you want to get him and I could get her he said yea even t... read more
