I was just there to pick up a sandwich, the worker( she )takes the liberty of putting Bacon on my sandwich without me asking for it when i told her i didn’t ask for it , can you please make me a new one , i have allergies to it , she just removes the bacon despite of me telling her of my allergies and refused to make a new sandwich very rudly telling me off . I had to leave . This kind of service is unacceptable specially if someone has allergies, a tiny bit can cause anaphylactic shock and kill someone

I had a really disappointing experience here. The customer service was already lacking—slow and unhelpful—but what shocked me the most was how the supervisor was treating their employee. Right in front of customers, the supervisor was speaking rudely and condescendingly to a staff member. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. No one deserves to be talked to like that, especially in front of others. It made the whole atmosphere tense and unpleasant. Definitely not a place I’ll be returning to anytime soon. The young lady working when I came in around 7 pm was very kind, polite, friendly and calm. She stacked my sub so well, I am typing this out one/handed while barely into the first half of my sub, in my other hand! I just wish I had paid better attention to her name to better highlight her in this review.

Today ( 19 march)I went to grab my online order at 1:40 and inquired about an ongoing offer, but the lady at the counter ( lady not a girl) wasn't very happy with a custmer asking for offers politely and gave me reply with uninterested face. Please subway, teach your employees how to smile. She was looking like a supervisor or something and this customer service is not acceptable. Like if you don't wanna come to work then dont do it. Atleast don't ruin our mood with your straight face.
