I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. They treated the food really carelessly. For example, I asked them to add jalapeños, and the worker just grabbed a handful and dumped them all in one spot without spreading them out at all. Then I ordered a big steak sub, and she just put a couple of tiny scoops of steak in one place, leaving the edges basically just bread. The brunette lady was hostile with me and had a bad attitude. I asked for her to rap my subs separately so I can have the other later on and it helps keep things clean separating a sub sandwich can be messy and I don't want the mess in my truck. She refused. I wanted to scan my pilot card for my military discount and she said you don't have any points. I was like I don't care scan it anyway. I had a disappointing experience at this store. While we were waiting to place our order, the staff decided to hold a crew meeting, which meant we were left waiting without any attention. The manager's approach was unprofessional; she even called the team in with the attitude that it was more important than serving customers. I felt overlooked and unvalued as a customer. The service was poor, and some employees were rude. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I won’t be returning.
