Dangerous, bad customer service
I Hate this Taco Bell, They are the worst establishment I have ever been to. I went in and they had awful service and food, they served the crunch wrap supreme as a sandwhich, personally I like tacos more.
Unbelievable. I placed and PAID for an order through the Subway app and went to pick it up at the University District location on May 23, 2025, around 8:45 PM. I arrived on time only to be told by the staff that they were not going to give me my food. They canceled the order right in front of me and told me to leave. Let that sink in: they refused to honor a paid order, offered zero explanation, and treated me like a nuisance instead of a customer.
