Went in on a January afternoon and it was extremely hot. Ordered a sandwich and proceeded to get food poisoning. When I came back as they told me over the phone for a refund, one female worker initially offered me a sandwich (which I obviously declined) and later on when she brought in the manager who served me the original sandwich he became extremely defensive about giving me a refund and said I was making an accusation. Terrible and contradictory service wrapped in a sweltering box
