Worst subway experience to date. Veggies are included on all sandwiches at no additional cost. Asked them to take meat off the sandwich and they refused. Asked them to put it on the side. No. Fire the staff. Left and won’t be back.

Placed an order online and it said the food would be ready by 1:10pm (15 minutes after the order was placed). My fiancé went to pick up the order there was one employee and about 8 people in line and they told him they hadn’t even started on our order and that it’d be about 30 minutes before it’d be ready. My fiancé asked them to cancel the order but they said I had to do it on the app. Well big shocker, there are no options to cancel the order when it’s already marked as ready to pick up. I liked the other kid who used to work there, and now that he's gone, every sandwich feels a little less bright. He said he was eighteen, he was polite and sweet, The kind of person who made every visit a treat. He'd greet every customer with kindness and grace, And somehow remember each order without missing a place. It would be nice if management would give your employees good tools to work with employee was very nice efficient, but he can only be as good as the tools like gloves you give him to work with. Step it up management!!!
