ZERO STAR Staff said only cold subs were allowed with a valid coupon, but manager admitted their system wasn’t working — yet they still refused to help. They gave conflicting answers and lied. I left hungry. Very poor service and attitude

My dad and mom went yesterday to subway in the night there were 2 girls there one had a name tag and the other had red hair she didn’t want to attend my parents maybe because they were Hispanic the girl with a name tag her name was Natalie I think? she spoke Spanish and attended us great they even tipped her really well… definitely coming here again
