Since when does Subway not customize a sandwich? I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich. It comes with chicken, cheeses, bbq sauce, onions and green peppers. All I asked him not to toast it with the BBQ sauce on it. He said no it’s policy and the cameras are watching. I told him “ I’m not changing the sandwich I just don’t want it toasted.” Then he said “ I get customers like you all the time” paying….. well not anymore.
Horrible is horrible. They did not know what I was asking for in my sandwich and didn’t add onions in my sandwich like I asked . Don’t go to this subway place .
This subway is complete trash. This arrogant lady making the sandwiches has no intent of meeting simple customer service needs. She didn’t even ask me what I wanted on the sandwich, I would say what I want and then she’d just look up like a fool. No offering of a drink or a cookie when I went to pay. When I was paying , another customer came , and another employee walked out the back smacking their lips because they had to make a sandwich for another customer.
Check your change if you decide to give this place a try!!! They will steal your money if you don't check your receipt and change!!! If you get to complain, they will make you go back until you give up and they will never call you. Horrible experience.... was my first time there and will never go back! This incident was reported.
I had an absolutely disgusting experience at Walmart today. I went into the men’s restroom, and right next to me, an Indian Subway employee in their branded uniform came in. He used the toilet and walked right out without washing his hands! Out of sheer disbelief, I went over to the Subway section afterward, and there he was, serving customers. It’s horrifying to think about, knowing he didn’t even bother to wash his hands before handling food. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable. I won’t be recommending anyone ... read more
