The mobile ordering system is horrible. I have ordered my food through the. The first time I arrived 2-3 mins early from my pick up. I was greeted by a girl who was clearly unhappy that I was there to pick up MY food that I paid for. She snapped at me and said “your early, we haven’t even started your order. “ the next two times i place mobile order, got the same girl with the attitude.
So disappointed of this location! My husband and his brother go to get lunch there this Tuesday January 20th and they order 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and 2 cookies and my husband was charge $60.54 my husband noticed the high charge and let me know if I can check why they girl on subway charge that much, so I call the store on Wednesday January 21 and they girl found my husband transaction and she say is because my husband tip her with $30.54, that is insane in this economy and on subway, she say she will fix the problem and ref... read more
Usually theyre ok, its subway and you get about what you expect, they've messed up a few orders but usually not in a serious way and will correct it if you catch it before leaving. Its a 1 because I walked over today and they're closed without warning claiming its cause of a power outage. The power was out for all of 10 seconds over 4 hours ago, its been on ever since but apparently if it goes out at all they'll just close up shop and call it a day.
