I go in and got to build my sandwich but then as I'm about to to check out I show my coupon and they said they don't accept coupons.... I completely understand that it says participating restaurants but then you should really have a sign on your front door saying that you don't accept coupons anymore.
Recommend finding an alternate option and avoid this place. Half cut tomatoes and only 2 pieces on a foot long subway. No water cups, you are forced to buy soda cup for water. Burned Oreo cookie. Cheese quantity is measure as a spoon size. Cashier is not respectful towards customers. Put the wrong toping on my subway but did not honor request of correcting mistake.
Subway Corporate, I need you to contact me regarding an altercation I had at this store today. Ella the employee working today manually cancelled three of my in app purchases today. We drove to the restaurant to see what the error was, and we were confronted with Ella being extremely rude to me and my 10 year old daughter in front of multiple other customers. I ordered a Buy one Get one Free Footlong in the APP. Now, from my understanding I am going to say that Subway has this National promo for about a week. I am disappointed because my order was canceled by the Restaurant?.?. I recieved an email from the Restaurant of the order being canceled and when I tried calling the Restaurant to get some type of clarification as to why? Nobody answered the phone?
