I ordered a Buy one Get one Free Footlong in the APP. Now, from my understanding I am going to say that Subway has this National promo for about a week. I am disappointed because my order was canceled by the Restaurant?.?. I recieved an email from the Restaurant of the order being canceled and when I tried calling the Restaurant to get some type of clarification as to why? Nobody answered the phone? We've been to dozens of Subways throughout the U.S. and never encountered one like this one! The sandwich was less than half the normal size... very skimpy on the vegetables. The soup cup was less than 2/3 full. The manager was surly. My husband says, "No stars!" We live nearby but we will never return.
No one came to the counter for a few minutes. Once the employee came out she went and made her self a soda before helping me. She didn’t offer me any seasonings before wrapping up the sandwich. The customer service at this place is terrible. All in all I’d avoid this Subway.
