Daaang that night Hispanic lady was rude :(
I placed an online order for pickup at Subway. When I arrived to pick up my order, I checked my sandwich and noticed that the sauce was missing.I politely asked the lady working there to add the sauce, but she was very rude to me. It was a simple request and I did not expect such an unpleasant attitude. Very disappointing customer service. I hope the staff learns to treat customers with more respect and professionalism.
