A girl working on 25 june 2026, at around 6 pm working there didn’t change the gloves, and when i asked her to change gloves after finishing one order of a different customer, she started arguing. She said its my fault that i didn’t tell her before that i want her to change her gloves. Recently I bought veggie power bowl and i got almost half in quantity. When I told to canadian guy he replied rudely and didn’t heard my complain.
Some of staff. is extremely rude and does not make your sub the way you order it.And I think they should be trained better or let go
Staff is very rude. They need to know how the excellent customer service should be done.
The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The Canadian guy had a terrible attitude and clearly didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. He made my sub so overly crispy that it was almost inedible, even though that’s not how I like it. The whole experience was beyond disappointing and completely ruined my meal. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. I will never order from this location again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
