Picked up a mobile order and went back home to find one of the sandwiches was wrong, no big deal. I ask politely for it to be remade when I come back. The person ahead of me was entirely rude, so I try to be understanding. However, the way I was treated so far beyond inconceivable. SCAMMERS Woman working intentionally punched in multiple extra items, was asked the remove them, said she did but still left extras. When we questioned the total she insisted it was correct. After leaving and doing the math, we went back in to ask for a receipt and there were still extra items added. Had to argue to get the money back. Worst subways experience I've been to. Placed order ahead as I was in a rush. The sandwich was burning in the grill when I arrived and no one behind counter. She remade the sandwich, completely ignoring my ingredients list. There was so much mustard it was all I could taste. No mayo, requested extra. Added things I didn't want. Charged me 4$ for mozzarella and didn't bother telling me she didn't put it on "because it's been discontinued." I had to go back in and ask her about the cheese.
