I don't know why people gave bad reviews.... But honestly speaking... This is the best subway store i ever have been too (I live downtown Toronto and i never found any such Subway store there even) ...
They don't care about anything
Great experience! Dhruv made a great sub and was incredibly nice to deal with. This is easily one of the better places to eat in town.
When I was trying to get extra lettuce, the man working said I could not get that, when I asked for extra cucumbers, I couldn't get that either. When I asked for a cookie he said since there was one cookie left I could not get one because then my food could not be a meal and he refused to let me have the cookie. He was also very rude and was being very impatient with me. He also had snot dripping from his nose into my food.... I am never one to complain or be a karen, but seriously. Your service is horrible.
