The sandwiches are fine and the place is clean. However, I just discovered that the online tips do not actually go to the workers! What?! This must mean that management is keeping the tips, and I highly doubt we are leaving a tip for them. If you want to tip the workers, please use the tip cup until this issue is addressed.
Ordered 3 sandwiches with specific instructions for no bacon - for my muslim friends - and the employees decided to completely ignore the written request and after confronting them about it, being yelled, & cussed at, they said call corporate or leave. Not taking accountability for one’s own mistakes is crazy. Islamophobia should not be tolerated, especially from a big brand like Subway 0/5
