How is there only one person serving any customers at dinner time. It’s 6:30 in the evening on a Friday. Poor girl, not her fault

The guy making our sandwiches tonight seemed so angry, like the bread had mortally wronged him and needed to be punished. He flattened the fluffiest looking loaves, ripped them apart and proceeded to throw ingredients on the sandwiches. Cheese half off the bread, ripped the top off, and just generally couldn't have cared less. I know it's just a sandwich but I appreciate anyone who's making my dinner and it would be nice if they at least put in a small effort.
