This is the double cheese dipper. Prepared ever so slowly... not sure if the guy was high or not interested in making my order... It was in the oven for 3 seconds, and when the guy took it out, I could see the (unmelted shredded cheese) cheese fall out of the ends. THEN, my husband says, "Isn't that supposed to be melted?", to which the (I'm assuming manager on duty) said "oh no, that's what happens. Sometimes, it doesn't melt all the way." Tried to order on the app and they did not accept any form of payment.
If you’re black it takes an extra 30 mins to get your order started. The staff here have long conversations with customers who already checked out even if you’re still waiting to get to get your order started. Management needs to do something about this.
Me and my grandparents stop here for lunch on our yearly trip to Des Moines Iowa. The food is decent and the staff are friendly. After a while though the noise of the casino and the cigarette smoke and smell gets to you. I recommend ordering your food and then eating it outside at the rest stop across the parking lot.
