Today, me and my wife went to the Subway location at Regent Mall for the first time. We ordered a very good sandwich and were satisfied with the food. However, when we paid, the employee added a tip without informing us. When I received the receipt, I noticed that a significant tip had been charged without my consent. I know it’s hard to keep a smile on their faces when it’s Christmas season, but these guys rock every time I’m there!
The best part of my experience was the service. It was excellent, even though there were many people because of the shopping season at the mall. The sandwiches were well made and fresh. Thank you!
