Review: I visited Subway at 10:35 PM, even though it was supposed to be open until 11 PM. The doors were already locked early, and there was an employee inside, but they didn’t respond or open the door. This is really unprofessional and frustrating. If the store is closing early, the timings should be updated so customers don’t waste their time.
Stopped in Wednesday, April 22, 2026 around 6:45pm at the Douglas Avenue location. Music was loud and lyrics were vulgar (f-bombs, b-bombs) throughout the song….young family in the store with small kid. There were two staff behind the counter and I think one on break sitting in the store. I would like to report an unpleasant experience that occurred today at approximately 9:40 a.m. involving a white female staff member. The employee displayed an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude toward us. When I asked her why she was behaving in such a manner, she ignored me and dismissed me with a hand gesture, indicating that she did not care at all.
