Man, I love Subway but I hate Subway in Roosevelt Island. I regret for ever coming to this specific location. I actually read all previous reviews and no wonder why this place sucks! The black guy working there ruined my mood and day because of his awfully bad customer service! So arrogant, so unprofessional, so impolite, so disrespectful. The sandwich artist is ride af, barely speaks English and messes up the order every time
The food was made like a sloppy toppy and no one seemed to give a flippity dippity about me and my familys health or our feelings! But the food was aight
