Customer BEWARE. Seems every time I order from here, there's something wrong. I placed a mobile order for a toasted sandwich. I show up while he's making it & it's clearly not toasted. He proceeds to argue with me that it doesn't say toasted on the ticket but the screenshot of my order CLEARLY states toasted as I showed him. Drove over 40 minutes to get to this location since they said they were open until 10pm. I am not usually someone to frequent a buisness right before close, but due to a request from a chronically ill family member, I was desperate to aquire a sandwich for them. My wife and I ordered sandwiches at subway Roselle chestnut st back in November and my sandwich was not made correctly. I returned to the store with the incorrect sandwich I was told by the cashier that I could have my sandwich remade or get a credit for future use, I choose a credit which was written on the receipt because I traveled all the way back to the store from Union.
