I am from Maryland. We accidentally ordered online from this store. When we called to cancel, we were informed that it was picked up. I spoke to the driver and he returned the food to the store. The man who was on the phone told me the manager was not there and then proceeded to yell at me. He said it was a lot of food and refused to cancel my order, so that I could order here in MD. We ordered 2 Foot Long subs. 2 Pepsi's. And 2 bags of BBQ chips. Totalling $48 I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. ... read more

My sandwich could’ve been filled up more, she used a very little amount but it was good for what it was and the lady was nice :). Points off for the skimping tho
Would not honor the thursday chicken bacon ranch promotion without bacon I can't eat bacon but can't even imagine how pissed I'd be if I was actually kosher/halal. Discrimination lawsuit waiting to happen.
