I visited a Subway for a 6-inch sandwich, and the experience was disappointing from the start. When I arrived, the employee took a long time to come out from the back, seemingly distracted by her phone. I ordered a 6-inch chicken teriyaki on Italian herb and cheese bread with sweet onion sauce, and asked for the chicken to be double-cooked before adding it to the sandwich.
