What a rip off. Purchased a footlong turkey and cheese yesterday and it was super thin turkey hardly any on it but loaded with lettuce and pickles. You’d think I order a garden salad sandwich. Never again Subway. Jersey Mike’s from now on!
Mi hija pidió una orden de 2 sandwiches por linea, cuando recibió el pedido, llegaron sandwiches diferentes a los que había pedido mu hija, con ingredientes no pedidos en la orden, fuimos al restaurante y nos cambiaron los sandwiches, pero cuando llego a mi casa, el sandwich pequeño estaba echo con un pan que se deshizo en pedazos, el cual tuve que cambiar el pan en mi casa, muy mal y el pan del sandwich de mi hija también lo tuvo que cambiar, desastroso!!
The reason i am writing this review is all due to Abby, Abby made my sandwich to perfection with amazing customer service. Any business would be lucky to have her
BEWARE!! The employee helped herself to a tip by adding it to the total herself. She wasn't even the one that made the sandwiches, she only checked us out!! She told me the total was $22 and some change but I actually paid $27. I called the number on the receipt listed for Virginia Lynch the area supervisor but of course she's unconcerned. It's no wonder this employee felt so comfortable doing this when she knows upper management will do nothing about it.
The heat within this place was unbearably uncomfortable. Customers dining in and subway staff should not have to suffer in such unacceptable circumstances.
