Long black hair in my sub, wasted my whole 30 minute lunch break just to get my sub and checked out, they always get the sub wrong. WORST SUBWAY EVER
Horrible service, slow. waited 30 minutes just to take my order, even with only 4 people in front in the same group. Someone asked where the washroom was and the manager looked up at him, then went back on his phone ignoring him. Won't be coming here again
The worst subway experience ever!!! I'm a regular customer who order at least twice a week. Today my partner pick up my order and it's not ready. I requested to cancel the order but phone and the owner said they were making it already so I can't cancel it. So I went to the Subway again myself, they are not even making it at all. Slowest subway in North America. If you got nothing better too do than too sit around, then this is the place for you. Slogan should be "Hurry up and wait" not "Always Fresh"
