I order online got the wrong bread didn’t toast it aswell didn’t get the right meet gave me rotisserie chicken instead of grilled chicken.
Visit this store 1/31/26, walked in worker asked were we there for a pick up order. I said responded “No”. He pulled a ticket and started to make the order from that ticket I didn’t get impatient or anything because clearly that order was submitted before I walked in. Customer service was great food was done to my satisfaction
They messed up my order did not put sauce on sandwiches and the dude at night likes to scratch his head while making the sandwiches so unsanitary they don't wash their hands
