There’s a guy named Mohammad who works here, and he’s always so kind and professional. I come by every Monday and Wednesday with my family, and every time, I see him handling everything on his own. He’s incredibly hardworking and treats every customer with genuine care and respect. It’s clear he’s passionate about what he does, but I really think he could use an extra pair of hands—working alone in a busy fast food place like this, especially one like Subway, can’t be easy. they are so hard working and fast and i’ve had a great experience with their customer service each time. Shamila is the employee who had served me, and she is a very hard working and nice woman.
Dont go here. Poor service all around. Recently went for lunch here and the owner was completely inappropriate and out of line. After only putting 4 small cucumbers/tomatoes, and a stingy amount of lettuce on 2 footlong BLTs we were trying to apply a coupon from the app. The coupon went through but they also charged us for another item. When we asked about it the owner said “the coupons don’t work only on the app” and she showed us the monitor with a message stating “coupon already applied cant apply again” but we tell her t... read more
service was terrible, the man there should not be in customer service. He was stingy on the toppings as well and I ordered double meat. Wouldn't hurt if the guy would smile and appreciate the business
